How it works & terms:
1. Call to schedule an appointment. At this time we will discuss your needs, budget, and timeframe. I ask for your price point solely to determine what cloth and construction methods are within your means. This streamlines our appointment as it gives me the opportunity to pull cloths from my library that meet your requirements. I physically cannot bring every cloth to you nor would I as the selection becomes overwhelming.
2. At the appointment. We discuss all of your custom options including the selection of cloth, trimmings, and styling. Throughout this process I will share my expert insight into what options best suit your desires.
3. Measuring: Once we have designed you garment I will take a series of over 30 measurements. For this it is best for you to have a suit, dress shirt, and dress shoes to ensure a superior fit.
4. For first time clients a fitting prior to final delivery is necessary. At this time we will discuss any issues. Any alteration other than fit from the original order may require additional charges.
5. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due prior to any garment being started. The balance is due upon final delivery.
6. Upon final delivery, basic alterations on all custom garments are complementary. Re-cuts and further styling request will incur additional fees.
